FINTEL assists APO-FNU e-Learning Program
24 July 2012
FINTEL yesterday facilitated an e-Learning course program between Fiji National University’s (FNU) National Training Productivity Centre (NTPC) and the Asian Productivity Organisation (APO) connecting the FNU/NTPC site at Nabua with six other participating countries via videoconference service.
The e-Learning course on ‘Lean Production System’ saw thirty three Fiji participants from various companies in the manufacturing sector participating in live interactions with their resource persons from leading business universities in Japan and participants from the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Pakistan and Thailand.
FNU’s e-Learning training coordinator Ms Kelera Tukana hailed the program a success and thanked FINTEL’s expertise in accommodating their request to bring the technology into their facility saying this would set the platform for more e-Learning programs in the future.
The e-Learning program starts from 3:00pm until 9:30pm and will run from 23-26 July in the first session while another e-Learning program on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be held from 31 July to 02 August, 2012.
